I am a 500 E-RYT originally from Vancouver, Canada. Combining my love of adventure with my passion for yoga, I spend my time travelling the world teaching trainings and mentorships, hosting workshops and leading public and private classes. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment while providing easily digestible tools for my students to uncover the confident, amazing practitioners, teachers and humans they already are.

The Foundation Class is perfect for all levels. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or stepping on your mat for the first time, this class brings it back to the basics, creating stable structure to grow a stronger practise from the ground up. The perfect mix of movement, pranayama and meditation, The Foundation Class will leave you feeling strong, stable and clear.
The Hip Class is a delicious way to release and tension that tends to build up from sitting in front of a computer, running or walking, or simply existing in this world as a human! Perfect for all levels, this class offers modifications and variations and gives you the time and space to investigate breath, movement and how you can harmonize the two to create more space for yourself physically and mentally.
The Twisting Class will lovingly wring you out to release energetic and physical stagnation. Building heat within through intentional sequencing allows you to stoke your own internal flame and burn away what might be heavy, sticky or weighing you down. Expect to move and sweat, with focus on twists originating from a strong core.
The Malasana class is a deep clean of the hips and shoulders. Think of this practise as like hitting a reset button for the body and mind. You'll move just the right amount to feel open, fresh, and renewed. With focus on how you can use your breath and the power of your own mind to create space, you'll leave with tools to continue clearing the clutter as you step off of your mat.
The Heart Opening Class is a perfect mix of airing out the heart, strengthening the back body, and creating space in the front body. Expect to flow intentionally with numerous options offered to dive deeper along the way.
